Endicott Village is Niceville's new town home community

Mike Floyd of FEMM Enterprises, LLC, as developer, and Bob McElroy, of McElroy Enterprises, Inc., as builder, have joined forces to develop Endicott Village, the latest quality housing complex in Niceville. Floyd is a long-time local resident, businessman and community leader. McElroy, also a local resident, has experience in both residential and commercial building, plus building multi-family communities.

Endicott Village is a town home community with a total of 72 homes. It is located just off east John Sims Parkway and Redwood Avenue and is just minutes to schools, shopping and churches. Construction has been completed on the first six units and is underway on the next eight units, with an expected completion date of late August.
