Endicott Village is Niceville's new town home community

Mike Floyd of FEMM Enterprises, LLC, as developer, and Bob McElroy, of McElroy Enterprises, Inc., as builder, have joined forces to develop Endicott Village, the latest quality housing complex in Niceville. Floyd is a long-time local resident, businessman and community leader. McElroy, also a local resident, has experience in both residential and commercial building, plus building multi-family communities.

Endicott Village is represented by Century 21 Wilson Minger Agency, Inc. Jim Fults and Sheryl Stutler are in charge of sales and are available to provide detailed information about Endicott Village and answer all buyers’ questions.

Endicott Village is a town home community with a total of 72 homes. It is located just off east John Sims Parkway and Redwood Avenue and is just minutes to schools, shopping and churches. Redwood Avenue will separate Endicott Village East and West. The East site will have 28 homes, and Edicott West will have 44. Construction has been completed on the first six units and is underway on the next eight units, with an expected completion date of late August.

Each home at Endicott Village features 1,612 square feet, three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a one car garage. Inside, one will find nine foot ceilings, four inch baseboards and Spanish lace walls and ceilings.

The kitchens feature custom built cabinets, Stylestone counter tops, and Whirlpool appliances including refrigerator, microwave/hood combo, dishwasher, and stove. There are cultured marble vanity tops in the bathrooms, along with upgraded lighting. A separate shower and garden tub are found in the master bathroom.

Ceramic tile is installed in the foyer, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms, with wall-to-wall carpet throughout the rest of the home.

Outdoor amenities include full custom landscaping, automatic sprinkler system, hurricane-rated garage doors, decorative shutters and dimensional shingles.

Homeowner’s will find not only a convenient location, but also low maintenance living. The association will oversee all the exterior maintenance and lawn care, leaving the homeowner with more time to enjoy the things they want to do.

"You can’t ask for a better location, it’s centrally located to the bases, beaches, shopping, restaurants and more," said Stutler.

The model home and sales office is now open. Home buyers have the opportunity to choose from homes which are move-in ready or they can choose to make a reservation on any of the homes scheduled for construction.

For more information, call Fults at 585-7589 or 729-6556, or Stutler at 826-0716 or 729-6517.
