There is a better way
to advertise!

Direct mail for less than the cost of traditional newspaper advertising

If you have tried different forms of advertising you probably agree with marketing leaders who believe direct mail is the most powerful form of advertising there is.

Far more powerful than traditional newspaper advertising.

The biggest drawback is the cost: 40¢, 50¢ -- even 60¢ or more -- to print and mail each piece. To saturate the Niceville community the cost would be anywhere from $6,300 to $10,000 or more for a single direct mail piece.

Unfortunately, for most small businesses, the price of direct mail simply breaks the budget.

Now, imagine your advertisement arriving in every mailbox for as little as a half-cent each. That’s right, a half-cent per mailbox, delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.

And, on top of that, imagine arriving in a piece that is not only warmly welcomed in the household, people actually look forward to receiving and reading it. In fact, they like it so much they keep it in their homes for the better part of the month.

Now that’s a better way to advertise. It’s called The Advertiser.

The Advertiser is delivered each month by mail to 15,800 homes and businesses. No other publication serving the Niceville area reaches as many homes here. We are delivered to every address, including gated communities, by U.S. Postal Carriers.

In addition, advertisers receive free bonus distribution all month long with our many free newsstands located throughout the community. (We are the only Niceville newspaper with free newsstands.) Another big bonus for advertisers is month-long distribution at all area hotels, including Bluewater Bay Resort, where The Advertiser is given to visitors when they check in.

In all, our total distribution each month is 18,000. That’s more than 40,000 readers.

As an advertiser, you will love The Advertiser’s 16” long tabloid format, which allows you to dominate the page for less (a half page, full-color ad in The Advertiser is about 40 percent less than a half page, full-color ad in the weekly newspaper).

Tried of all the clutter in traditional newspapers? Then you’ll really love The Advertiser. The Advertiser averages about only two ads per page.

Now that’s a better way to advertise!
