Hudson shaves head, raises $12,000 to help fight cancer
Niceville businesswoman Susan Hudson made good on her pledge to cut off her long hair and shave her head at Niceville’s recent Relay for Life. In doing so, Hudson raised $12,000 for cancer research, $2,000 more than her $10,000 goal

The first annual Choctawhatchee Estuary Festival, a free family & community event is for all ages, will be held Sunday, June 1 from 11:00 am. to 4:00 p.m. at Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park, located at 4281 Highway 20 East in Niceville.
